The MkIIA configuration will have payload fairing which will be 4m in diameter. The CUS with 15 tons of propellant is said generate 90kN of thrust against 75kN of the current engine (although it can be already throttled above 75kN but not to 90kN).

Wow. This is cool. Looking forward to hear more about PAM module. It'll be a big boost for GEO sat insertion. Kind of mini-Centaur stage.
